First communion celebration was held at Sacred Heart Church Vorkady on 28.04 2024.Solemn high Mass was at 8 am. 14 children received Jesus for the first time in their hearts and life. Fr Roshan Dcunha the diocesan director of YCS concelebrated the Eucharist and preached a beautiful sermon on Eucharist and the Word of God. He called upon the congregation to make Jesus the centre of our life and our dependency should be solely on Him alone. This should reflect through our Christlike life and our life of charity. Fr Bail Vas the Parish priest was the main Celebrant.
