Vorkady, February 23, 2025 – A solemn votive procession was held today at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Vorkady, as part of the preparations for the upcoming feast of Velankanni on March 2.

Devotees participated in large numbers, carrying offerings as a mark of their faith and gratitude. The procession, a long-standing tradition, symbolizes devotion to Our Lady of Velankanni.
