Cancer awareness and free cancer checkup was held at Vorkady Sacred Heart Church premises on 29 th October, Sunday 9 am to 12.30 pm.

Health commission, women commission, youth commission, catholic Sabha, ICYM Vorkady unit organised the program in collaboration with Jewels group and the Oncology department of AJ hospital.

A big number of villagers both Christians and non Christians benefitted. Awareness talks given by the doctors were well appreciated.
